Hello, do you have any news? I am stuck with my project because of this.
I have tried a fresh install of WordPress with only Elementor installed, the “a element” is not appearing.
I am using the Free Version of Elementor, in Italian.
Please check here: https://ibb.co/56LvpgP
I click on the 6 dots on the right, and the element is not in the dropdown.
While all other elements are there.
Can you confirm if the “a element” is appearing on your end?
Could it be that developers forgot to add it to the Italian version?Hello,
Following your message I have tried one by one all the options that you have suggested. But didn’t work.
All other elements are showing in the dropdown menu for HTML tags for containers, but the “a” element is missing. It turned out, this wasn’t an issue with Elementor. In fact, it still occurred when Elementor was deactivated. It was an issue somewhere around the permalinks. It seems it didn’t like %product_cat% and other tags with %. With %product_cat% in place, the preview of the post wouldn’t load.
This is my permalinks https://ibb.co/9tv3zhL
Only with “plain” (translation “Semplice”) the product goes back to work as normal.Site is under development, I don’t have a live link to show.
I have read your guide: https://elementor.com/help/the-content-area-was-not-found-error/
and switching permalinks to “plain” is fixing that product that was broken, just by doing that and nothing else.
But of course the permalink cannot stay on “plain”.
Your guide mentions to use “plain” permalinks and see how it goes, but then doesn’t say how to fix the problem if the “plain” solution is working.
Maybe some cache to be flushed?
But I have tried renaming the product to something unique, and that doesn’t fix the issue with custom permalinks.Using Astra, as a theme.
Thank you for the quick response, very much appreciated!
Unfortunately I am not a programmer and I don’t know how to write code.
Since it sounds simple, any chance you could write these lines of code for me? (and for any others in this situation…) I would be able to paste it into my functions.php
Or maybe just update the plugin?
It would be great if your plugin would be compatible with Elementor (applying this fix), since Elementor is so popular. Also, the “Premium Addons for Elementor” plugin, despite its name, it’s also a free plugin.
And the element I used to generate the post grid is the element “Premium Blog”, if you feel like trying it out. This is the output in html
https://ibb.co/NKxdz55Thank you for your super quick response.
I understand that I can’t force to crawl. Just wondering why google would crawl a page that technically was created while the site wasn’t live, since the page was created when the “coming soon” mode was active. How would google see it?
Then if it was crawled when the site went live, it should have been crawled with the real information of the page, like the other pages did already…
Thought that this feedback may give information about the plugin behaviour…
This said, I will wait longer to see if pages updates, should be like the others.
Thanks for the response anyway.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Quotes for WooCommerce] can’t find how to payYes, the issue occurs after a quote has been sent to the end user using WooCommerce admin, and the email received by the customer.
The customer would go check the account looking for the quote, click View, and the totals are appearing for a second and disappear. While if clicking on Pay button, totals show normally. For now I have fixed it adding css:
span.woocommerce-Price-amount.amount {display: inherit;}This is a client website, I will try to get you the required access, but I have tried disabling all plugins and use a default theme, the issue is still there, so if you install the latest Woocommerce, you should be able to see it as well on your end.
If not please write me when you’re back and will try to give you access.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Quotes for WooCommerce] can’t find how to payIn Customer Account > View Order, totals are appearing for 1 second and disappearing.
When I click the button to pay they appear normally on the payment page.
I have tried switching theme and disabling all plugins, still not appearing on View Order. It seems in your plugin here /wp-content/plugins/quotes-for-woocommerce/assets/css/qwc-frontend.css?ver=1.6.2
there is
span.woocommerce-Price-amount.amount {display: none;}
which is preventing the totals from appearing.Do you know why?

In reply to: [Customer Reviews for WooCommerce] [cusrev_reviews] Not workingAlso interested in this:
-having the shortcode working in a normal page
-being able to filter from which category of products to pull reviews from
-have the rich snippets / schema in that page so that for the new page that uses shortcode is pulling all reviews, the stars appear on google search.I hope this update can be asap!
