I am using the back end where I go to the plugin and then to logs and select the “Export all data as Excel”. I do so under admin account.

Is there anything that is blocking from from the server?

I faced the same problem, the chat does not appear on the page.
I downloaded the WP plugin, set up an account, customized a widget, selected the widget via the plugin at the back end.

I used a URL trigger to trigger the chat pop up. this is the page it is supposed to show up https://www.westmidlandswebdesigner.com/inexus/strategy-deployment-software/

But it does not, and I have not clue why ??

Please help

Is there a live demo where I can play with it? Or if you can, please attach a screenshot of the report where it shows the url or name of the page the user has visited?

Thank you . I had a look at the video on that page. I can see you have column fields like name, login, pageview, last login, login count, time on the site but I cant see the page urls the user visited?

Maybe when you download a full report this information is available?

yeah, it looks good and gives you plenty of analytics data.

But my primary reason for using this plugin (considering to install it and perhaps buy add-ons) is to see when and what pages my logged users visit.

Does it have a dedicated report on this that I can export to Excel?
I have various theme pages, and a number of users – just want to track my users interest.
