I’m using an attribute to display that.
Not the perfect way, but did not found any light plugin to do that.

By the way, I succeed to have these 2 fields able to be mapped.
If someone need the trick, please ask, it’s easy.

Do I need to have it enabled to have the plugin and its reminders working ?

Non, l’équipe Boxtal s’en lave les mains. J’ai essayé avec pas mal d’autres plugins et opérateurs d’expedition (dont certains sont clairement mieux que boxtal) mais même problème.
Le développeur de l’extension de multiple shipping était parti pour me faire une petite presta pour adapter – gérer ?a. Mais finalement il fait le mort. Bref, je suis bien avancé !
