yes, I’ve read through other posts and it could be related to the caching somehow although I tried disabling it. So I thought if your plugin in incompatible with caching, it could work inconsistently and changed the plugin.

yes, sure, I checked the actual page afterwards and the script was there. But the validations still fail with the same errors.

did this start right away? You may need to re-install your WP.
