I have taken a look at both sites and noted that https://titz.tz-stadtschlaining.at/ is missing the banner container code. It seems that the wizard is not completely finished. Does the banner appear on the Consent banner menu when you click on finish on the last menu of the wizard in Complianz Dashboard?

Additionally, I noticed that both sites share the same main domain URL “tz-stadtschlaining.at”. Are you using a multisite environment?

I checked your site and noticed that you are not using Complianz anymore, so I cannot perform our tests.

Regarding the cookies, it’s possible that you installed these plugins after completing the wizard, which is likely why the cookie policy was not updated. I suggest you redo the wizard and pay special attention to the Consent menu. Here, the plugin will scan and sync the new cookies.

I checked your site on my phone and using the mobile view in responsive mode in the browser. The banner appears correctly, but it might be positioned too low. In this case, you need to adjust the size settings of Elementor for mobile phones. Screenshot here.

Please don’t forget to clear the cache or make an exception for Complianz in your cache optimizer and check if everything is parsed on googletagassistant.com.
