I imagine you first configured Complianz and then installed Polylang. To make the translation strings appear in Polylang, you need to complete the wizard again with Polylang active. Please do this for each language you have installed.

I also ran a scan and found that the WooCommerce cookies are not appearing. Meanwhile, I opened your site in a new tab and confirmed that the WooCommerce cookie only appears after consent is given. Here are the screenshots for reference:

Understood. Have you installed anything new recently? This issue typically occurs due to interference from a firewall (on the hosting/server side or within WordPress), cache, or performance/optimization plugin. Check also the REST API behavior in these plugin if installed.

Could you please check if your site health is showing any issues in the settings? Additionally, are you using a PHP >=7.4?

After further inspection, I can confirm that Complianz is blocking Analytics in all instances where the user blocks the Statistics cookies. Even if the analytics.js script is loaded, it is necessary to fire the scripts only when consent is given. I made a video demonstrating this behavior: please check here. You can see that when cookies are accepted, the analytics script fires normally. However, if I reject the cookies or customize my choices by not selecting the Statistics cookie, the analytics script will not fire the others since it is classified as a “Statistics cookie”.
