In reply to: [Complianz - GDPR/CCPA Cookie Consent] Cookie expiration date not showingHello @haiyen0112 ,
Thank you, but it seems that Complianz has been disabled again. However, the cookies page is still available. Please re-scan the entire site, multiple times if necessary. To scan, navigate to Wizard > Consent > Site scan. For syncing the cookies, go to Wizard > Consent > cookiedatabase.org to automatically sync. If any cookies are still without an expiration date, you can assign a date based on policies of their original site.
I suggest clearing your cookies first before proceeding.
Hope this helps.

In reply to: [Complianz - GDPR/CCPA Cookie Consent] Change Always active text to germanHello @mbkooper ,
Thank you for reaching out.
It looks like your site is multilingual. You can easily change the “Always Active” string using the String Translator feature in your current translation plugin.
I hope this helps!

In reply to: [Complianz - GDPR/CCPA Cookie Consent] Problem integrating a scriptHello @auslandszeit ,
If you can upload a video trough a loom.com would be so much better to make us understand the issue. It’s a free platform.
Looking forward to hearing you soon.Hello @iliafrescocom ,
I wanted to clarify that the highlighted banner you’re referring to is specifically designed for regions that require an OPT-IN banner, such as the EU and certain areas like Quebec, Canada. We are very aware of global laws and regulations, and the current banner behavior on your site aligns with US laws. In the US, an opt-out banner is standard, meaning that cookies are accepted by default unless the user actively opts out.
If you’d prefer a banner with specific categories while remaining compliant with US laws, I recommend creating a custom banner. We have a helpful guide on how to do this here: https://complianz.io/create-your-own-banner-from-scratch/.
If you have any further questions or need assistance, I’m here to help.

Hello @asafm7 ,
You can start it by disabling Wordfence and LiteSpeed. And then follow a guide like this available online. In this way you will still have a backup.
Sometimes, regenerating the file fixes the issue. We are debugging the issue to understand how to fix it.
Looking forward to hearing you soon.Hello @lolo666 ,
Unfortunately, it seems that you are no longer using our plugin. If there’s anything else you need assistance with or if you decide to use our plugin again in the future, please don’t hesitate to reach out.Thank you, and have a great day!
Hello @iliafrescocom ,
I checked your site and it appears that you are in the US, so you are using an opt-out banner. In an opt-out model, cookie acceptance is implied unless the user actively rejects them. This means that the user can change their preferences using the opt-out preferences page (https://complianz.io/legal/opt-out-preferences/). Therefore, the overlay isn’t applied because the banner’s role isn’t to force a decision but to provide an opt-out option. If you want your users to make a choice, you can create the banner from scratch. You can learn more about this at: Complianz – Create Your Own Banner From Scratch.
Hope it helpsHello @asafm7 ,
We had a similar issue, could you please recreate the.htaccess
file? It could be that some rules have been rewritten or overwritten by Wordfence and LiteSpeed.
Let me know if this resolves the issue.Forum: Plugins

In reply to: [Complianz - GDPR/CCPA Cookie Consent] Complianz Santé du siteHello @phildav ,
The developers have reached out and confirmed that they will fix it. This is not an issue, just the Consent API informing its users.
Hello @asafm7 ,
Thank you very much for providing the video.
It seems like you have some JSON-related issues, probably caused by the REST API being limited by some plugin. Please start by disabling LiteSpeed Cache, Wordfence, and any other security, performance, or optimization plugins. Plugins like these could interfere with the REST API. Once you identify the “culprit,” you can disable it within the plugin settings.
Please let me know.
Hi @nico65795 ,
Perfect, I’m glad you solved the issue.
