Thank you for the clarification. I am referring to the “Statistics” and “Statistics configuration” sections, which you can find by navigating to Wizard > Consent.

Could you please list all of your plugins? Additionally, during the process of saving or finishing the wizard, could you open the browser inspector to check for any errors appears in the console?
If you check this screenshot (https://prnt.sc/bpn_kof23afD) you will see that in https://titz.tz-stadtschlaining.at/ the cmplz code is not even injected.

Thank you for your patience. I have investigated this issue and found that it appears to be related to permission problems inside the /wp-content/uploads/complianz/snapshots/ directory, possibly due to insufficient folder permissions or other restrictions.

You can follow this guide to resolve the issue: Complianz Folder Permissions Guide. Please check the permissions on the /complianz/ folder on you hosting/server.
If the /snapshot/ folder does not exist, you can also try creating a new one.

However, if you want block prior consent you can block?analytics.js?by navigating to Integrations > Script Center > Block a script, iframe, or plugin. Here, insert the?analytics.js URL?to block it before user consent is given.?Make sure to check “This script contains an async attribute” and select the Statistics category.?Once done, save everything.

Since each site is standalone and one of them behaves differently despite appearing similar, it’s important to investigate the differences. On the site https://titz.tz-stadtschlaining.at/, some cmplz code seems to be missing. To troubleshoot this, try deactivating all plugins and switching to the default theme. Then, enable one plugin at a time to identify any conflicts.

You can block analytics.js by navigating to Integrations > Script Center > Block a script, iframe, or plugin. Here, insert the analytics.js URL to block it before user consent is given. Make sure to check “This script contains an async attribute” and select the Statistics category. Once done, save everything.

All the tags fired correctly on all sites. I highly suggest checking your Google configuration first, this might be the main issue.

However, I noticed that all the sites you linked are using GTM4WP. Please try disabling it to see if that resolves the issue. Follow the guide I linked to you initially: “Definitive Guide to Tag Manager and Complianz Step 1 & 2.” Once done, if you want to configure the consent mode, you can follow scenario 1 here: Simplified Guide to Google Consent Mode V2.

To allow the user to accept more cookie categories for specific purposes.(like GAnalyitics in the Statistics Cookies), please navigate to Consent Banner > Appearance > Categories > Accept – Deny – Save Preferences.?Once done the banner will shows you the preferences (cookie categories) and the user will make his choice.
