Forum: Fixing WordPress
In reply to: Admin forum/discussion board (backend)?Hi Steve,
Thanks for your answer.
I want my registered users to be able to discuss on a forum within the backend of my website instead of frontend.
Any idea on how I could achieve this?
Thanks,
A. Mayer
Hi,
Thanks for your answer.
Want I want to edit is the registration form. I don’t want users to have to enter a username. I just want them to enter their first name, last name, email address and password. That’s it.
Is there a way to do that?
Thanks a lot.

Hi,
Thanks for your answer.
I’d like the user to be redirected to the homepage after the login.
But when they go to their “Account” page, I’d like the landing tab to be “Profile” and not “My account” (which I’d actually like to get rid of).
Can you help me with that?
Thanks a lot,
A. Mayer

Any help?
@makkie65, you’re the best!
Exactly what I wanted to do. It worked perfectly. Yet, do you know if there’s any way I can change the core path of the author’s archive page from
site/archives/author/username/
tosite/author/username/
?That would be just great!
Thanks a lot man!

In reply to: how to change menu colorCreate a child-theme for your main theme. Then use the style.css stylesheet to change the color of the elements you’d like to customize.
Let me know what exactly you mean by “menu”.
Cheers.
