    I’ve sent you the same message on your email but I don’t understand. The issue has nothing to do with the premium template plugin since the issue appears directly in the woocommerce order, before any invoice is created.

    Hi,
    Thank you for your quick answer. I did what you suggested and it kind of worked but it was not ideal :
    – When I click the woocommerce button, it duplicates the review on my woocommerce store. I add to remove the original ones.
    – Some reviews encountered errors when posting them again > They were posted correctly the first time. (error, typeError: Cannot read properties of null (reading (displayLocationCountryCode’))
    – The cusrev dashboard only let me see 5 reviews at a time. I find it hard to work with. I have 320 pages of reviews because of it.

    Is the issue resolved on your end or future reviews will have the same problem ?

    2. Well that is the same because the original reviews were collected with your aggregated review form. I just want to migrate them to my new setup. Your import/export system should be able to verify if a review exists on your end too.

    Hi,

    I have several other plugins but nothing new between the time your plugin was working fine and now. The issue is not that the emails are not sent. The issue is that WC emails use your plugin template whereas they should not (according to your your other support thread I mentioned before). Therefore the WC emails are wrapped with two headers and two footers.

    The only specific thing that interact with emails on my install is your plugin and WP mail SMTP. A plugin I use to send emails with SMTP protocol.

    Hi,

    About the scheduled actions I have 14 pages for 132 completed actions with no option to display all of them on one page so It will take too long to make a screenshot. Can I give you admin access so you can check directly ?

    Hi,
    Unfortunately it’s still not working. I enabled Background processing in your plugin yesterday, published a post to test and today no notification is being sent.
    My cron seems to work so it is not that. Any other idea ?
