I think there is a mistake with the registration of the order. It seems the bpost order reference is not saved (maybe, to confirm).

Can you give us debug logs to [email protected] ?

1. Clean and enable debug logs in bpost settings
2. Reproduce the bug
3. Copy logs ({your-webshop}/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wc-status&tab=logs), select file “bpost_shipping-*.log”
4. Back to bpost settings to disable debug logs

Since the 1st july, we upgraded the plugin to 2.2.1 to add compatibility with shipping zones, which are in the new release of WooCommerce.
What is your WooCommerce version ?

Can we test the plugin on your website ? It seems disable.

The good passphrase is defined in the SHM back-end > “Admin” tab > “General settings” tab (fourth).

The passphrase you use to log on the back-end can be different, don’t use it in the plugin admin.

The free shipping calculation is based on the setting “Prices Entered With Tax”, in the tax options.
