Thank you for the reply. There are no logs after trying to update the product. Just this 403 error message saying it’s Proudly powered by LiteSpeed Web Server. I should mention I do not and never hosted with “LiteSpeed Web Server”

can someone provide a more detailed walk through on this …

i opened slideshow-gallery.php and it already shows

“$this -> add_filter(‘mce_external_plugins’);”

i am not sure what “comment this part” means
