It could be from some rich text editor you are trying to use.. also, are you trying to publish right into a new post in wordpress?

Try getting rid of the line break tag right in the middle of your iframe line. Plus its also in a Paragraph Tag.

It should just be
<iframe src="https://partner.bokkilden.no/SamboWeb/partner.do

Ive had this problem using Safari 3. Try a different browser.
