Thanks a ton for your apt suggestion.
I tried deactivating plugins one-by-one and noticed that it was “Sliding Contact Form by Formget” that was interfering with the Typography features of Virtue theme.

I am now able to change the font-type and font-size in the section. Earlier, though, I was only able to change the font color.

No, I haven’t checked this by deactivating plugins one-by-one.
Thanks for the suggestion. I will do it now and let you know if the problem still persists.

I have one more major issue to report : I see that the front page slider as put up using “Meta Slider” plugin don’t load consistently. Most of the times, it don’t. Sometimes it does load.

What would be the potential reason for the same?

I am using meta slider on my other websites using some different theme but don’t see that issue over there.

Can you please share the link of the web resource/tool which I can use to find out when my website was last indexed by google.

The issue of not showing images in photobox somehow got resolved automatically after some hours.

But still when I am using the “Ion Box and Fancy Box” the images are not getting displayed properly. Also I am not able to see the “masonry gallery layout” in my web pages for the galleries.

Thanks a lot for your suggestion.
Yes, you guessed it correctly and caught me. I am indeed using a cache plugin and it is indeed W3 total cache.

When I am removing the page cache for the home page, I could see that my mobile slider is showing up well but it is increasing my server responce time.

Disabling the page cache is increasing server response time from ~0.5 seconds to ~3.5 seconds thus reducing the overall user experience.

Is there any way I can provide my mobile users a better website experience without affecting the site loading speed? I know that one possible solution is to add a subdomain for my mobile users but then it is too technical for me. :-/

Many Thanks for your suggestion but I am sorry to inform you that re-saving the permanent link structure didn’t work for me. :-/

However, I found the solution. The slug of my page “Galleries” should not be “/galleries/” in order to accommodate child pages. It’s slug can be any other variant like “/portfolio/” or “/gallery/”.

So, in short, to accommodate child pages, the slug and name of the parent page should not exactly be the same. ??
