Oh, just discovered it doesn’t. When I’m adding the css (so when I’m in the customizer) the playlist looks just as I want them, and as the css says. But when I close the customizer (after I of course saved the added css) the changes don’t show up. Then when I open the customizer again, the changes appear. The changes I made myself as I listed above do appear, just not these ones.

Sorry for the late reply. Had some technical difficulties.

I completed the following steps:

“Go to phpMyAdmin and select the database for the website. Go to the “wp_options” table and edit the first option (option_name: siteurl) from “whatever” to “your site URL”.

Now, rename your current .htaccess file to .htaccess_old and create a new blank .htaccess”

Now when I go to the URL I see a coming soon page again instead of the 404 not found page (my site is not live yet, so the coming soon is right). However… Now I can’t login to wordpress anymore?? When I’m logged in to bluehost and I want to login to wordpress from there (that’s how I always access wordpress), it is impossible. It says that my website isn’t configurated correctly, and the connection isn’t secured.

Also, the default URL that was there started with https:// , but don’t websites start with https:// ? So does my site URL need to start with https:// or with https:// ?

I’ve managed to do the following:

Now I’m stuck at this step. Where do I find this .htaccess file? I am currently completely trusting upon you, hahah, I have no idea what I’m editing.

Sorry I have no idea what you’re talking about… :’) I’m not a pro at this. If you’re talking about editing my functions.php, I have a child theme installed, so I don’t know how to edit the php of the parent theme, since it doesn’t display that in my child theme editor.

Wait… Sorry. Now I remember why I changed the “Site Address (URL)” in the first place… Before I did that, suddenly when I’d type in my website in the search bar I got a “404 Not Found” page, instead of my coming soon page (it’s not live yet). I always just got my coming soon page, as it should. But suddenly I got this 404 page… I changed nothing that could have an impact on it… (to my knowledge). All of this is very confusing as to why it’s happening.. The 404 problem was fixed after I changed the site address url. But by doing that I couldn’t customize my site myself, so it partly broke. By doing what you just said (changing the site address url back to what it was) I fixed the customizing problem. But now I get the 404 not found page again.. ugh. back to square one.

Conclusion:
Where does the 404 not found page come from and how do I fix it?

Thank you for replying! Is it correct that the default size between title and featured image is the smallest possible? I can only make it bigger through CSS, but not smaller. Making my title bold through changing the HTML tag doesn’t work, nothing changes when I change this…
