I started with deactivating the obvious ones – (Google Adsense) and all the ads have been removed. Yay, but now the next question. How do I edit the plugin to NOT post the ads in the middle of my blog posts?! Can I even do that!

No I have absolutely no clue where to go or what to do.

I have downloaded FileZilla and am in.

I have no clue what FTP is or where to get it.
