@corelan: it seems CSS/JS cache dirs haven’t been computed properly. And getcwd() returned ‘/’, this can be probably fixed with correct check of returned value.
Guys, it will be very helpful if you can submit more description about your troubles – this will allow us to fix them. Simple ‘is does not work’ tells nothing.
If you want to help with troubles resolving, please provide the following information:
1. Does any of cache plugins work?
2. If there is blank screen – what is the error in error log?
3. What are Web Optimizer settings?
4. What is website address?
5. Have you read and apply any of actions from here https://code.google.com/p/web-optimizator/wiki/Troubleshooter
