If you add the following filter in your themes functions.php which should display the state for all countries it will fix the issue:

add_filter( 'woocommerce_states', 'xa_filter_woocommerce_states', 10, 1 );

My theme still does not display the state but the problem is gone.

I can confirm this issue for Australia and USA as well.

Also for quite some time the image of the shipping carrier is not included in the mail. Only the name in the spot where the image would be. But now the tracking info is not displayed alltogether.

Thanks its set to be included in the “shipped status” mail. as is no settings have been changed since it stopped working. Only updates to the 2 plug-ins involved.

I have the same issue with Email Customizer for WooCommerce. The tracking info stopped being placed in mails (according to sent out mails) on october 11th
