I’ve the exactly the same problem, since about one month, frequently with scheduled posts:

my blog sometimes send a Facebook post with “Page Not found” with a default thumbnail and with a link who goes to the page normally.

I don’t have WP SEO and no caching plugins.
I checked in the page source code and I have only Jetpack Open Graph Tags.

I think that the problem is the second cause:

When Facebook accessed your site immediately after you published the post, it couldn’t access the post and got a 404 error instead. That could be caused … because the first loading time of your posts is too slow.

Is it possibile to insert a little delay of a few seconds, since the publishing moment, before Jetpack tells Facebook to crawl the page? (so the server will be less busy in that moment)
