I have since removed it. It was right in the wp html. I thought I had marked this topic as resolved.

You know, the contact form email still ended up in my spam box, but it didn’t flash the warning across the top once I put it in my inbox. Ir’s probably just google being weird. Thanks so much.

I tried to activate they parent theme and I still didn’t get the item to show up. The theme is a child theme of portfolio by https://wptheming.com/

I just tried copying the code over after I checked the box. I refreshed the browser. It still isn’t flexible.

Situation with me getting into my admin panel is solved. Now I have new glitches stated in the above post.

P.S. I put the original functions.php back that I got from the theme developer.
