I have the same problem for my shop online.
I want to put your Shipping module, I tried your 2 Plugins but I can’t see my Fixed rate in my Chekout when I want to order.
I went to Store Settings and I had all my different option” Shipping option” and “Shipping price” but after I can’t see my option.
Do you know why I can’t see in my Chekout ?
I don’t know where is the problem ?
