@takayukister, I’ve had a question posted (in a separate thread) for weeks and no response. Disappointing that I have been trying to use your plugin and get nothing, not even an error and no support from the creator.

I wish i could help you but i can’t. I have asked a question about HOW to export data, but have not gotten a response from the creators either. When I hit the export button, everything is blank. Its crazy that I can’t seem to do it. Can you help me export?

It still leaves my original question…is there any way to take the emails Contact Form 7 sends and extrapolate it into an excel/CSV? (since Contact Form 7 alone doesn’t save information).

Contact 7 sends an email. So I have about 3000 emails. Then I downloaded Save CF7 so i can export them.

Is there a way to export the emails (the ones before Save CF7) to a spreadsheet?

Second question, when I export from Save CF7, the spreadsheet is wonky. Meaning if I am supposed to have 8 columns, it gives me 6 and then a second line of the others. Then the next set is ok, then one is 5/3, etc. So when its individual information its really hard to manage. Especially when its 3000 emails.

So i have issues with 6000 contacts. I am sure you understand the importance. EEK!

I created a new user account and tried to log in myself. When I would log in, it would tell me that the user name did not exist, however it was copy/pasted from the email wordpress sent when the account was created and password reset. I can reset the password for that user name, but loggin in it says user name doesn’t exist.

Go Daddy is where i originally bought my domain. I changed the DMS to wordpress when i bought the wordpress.com business.

So i must have done something because my dashboard shows i have the plug in activated for my site. I haven’t worked with it yet to see if it actually works. I’d like to figure out wth i did, so i can do some editing at work, if i need too.

So I need a database? Plesk? Is that why I can’t figure this out because I don’t have a database? Go Daddy isn’t my database, right?

Also, I paid for wordpress.com. Was that a waste of money?

I get stuck at Step 3: Set up wp-config.php. I know that godaddy has updated the DNS Control – to say wordpress. other than that, I have no idea what step 3 means. It does say I can skip it and it will be automatic later. So then I go to step 4. I know I want www.remarpro.com on my root directory of my website (or all pages of my site??). so then this step stops me “If you need to upload your files to your web server, use an FTP client to upload all the contents of the wordpress directory (but not the directory itself) into the root directory of your website.”

So i downloaded the .org file and changed the name in step 1. Then I get stuck. But i do go to my dashboard on .com and tried to install a plug in (that wouldn’t let me before) and now its installing….was it that simple and I just was making it to hard?
