@amigaa Please drop an email at [email protected] confirming your last device used, email address and website url. Once confirmed, I will reset your public keyy, post that you will be able to login to your website.

Note: Once the public key is reset, all connected sites will be removed. hence you will need to reconnect the site.

@keetohk Sorry to hear that you are facing issue with Keyy.
I have checked and can confirm that your websites are connected.
Could you please confirm if you are unable to login through QR scan/ Keyy wave scan? If yes, what’s the error you are getting?

@darinsj You can now try connecting to your account on getkeyy as I have reset your account.

Could you please help me in this phpmailer issue regarding what did you do? I am also getting 500 internal server error in admin-ajax.php because of PHPMailer.

I have a “send validation emails to user” button. Upon pressing this button it is giving 500 internal server error in admin-ajax.php. and the buton remains disabled unless the page is refreshed.
