That is exactly not the case on my side. The plugin was working properly for me until the WP 4.5 update came. Once I updated the install to 4.5, it started to malfunction, and stopped working.
I left a report with the support team and after 3rd nudge they got back to me on the 4th day, and suggested to disable all the plugin to check if any other plugin is conflicting or not.
It has been 3 days now I replied back to them and heard nothing so far. I will look for another two days probably and then will go for a refund mostly.
Basically the Plugin is good but the support is worst than crap, makes no sense to spend something and waste money both ways by keeping the site mutilated.
