I had the same problem. So I submitted for the review through the facebook page’s publishing tools and then it worked. After submitting through facebook page, it displayed ‘Your articles have been submitted for review.’ on the wordpress instant article.

Everything is working except the xml import of Types plugin. I tried uploading being a superadmin as well but same error occurs.

Are there any other custom coding solutions than getting the CRED plugin? I need a profile editor form in frontend (same fields that are created in admin) and save it to database.

First I get error like:

And after adding the above line in wp-config.php, then I get error like the above one.
