Can you please provide us the debug request and response so that I can help you?
– Enable debug option in plugin settings page and then place an order from the cart page. You will see a request and response info. Copy this in a text file and send it to us.

Yes, Web Services Key and Authentication key are the same. In production mode, when you have filled in all the fields, then make sure to enable the field “Production Key”.
This should resolve your problem.

Can you please make sure that you do not enable all the services. Just enable only those services which are required for example, you can try with only enabling Ground and 2Day.
If you enable all services, FedEx API is triggered with requests for each of these services. Hence it is always advisable to reduce unnecessary services.
Can you please confirm this to us after making the change?

You can add a “Shipping method” as a prefix. Is that what you are looking for? If not, can you please provide us a screenshot and show me a sample so that I can help you?

We hope you have disabled Production Key checkbox and then you are checking the rates. Ideally, if you have provided the credentials correctly and disabled Production Key checkbox, then the problem should not be there.
