This shipment automatically classifies as a freight shipment. If you check the screenshot that i have attached of the UPS calculator, you can see it that they are not accepting this as normal shipment.
https://ibb.co/cEKYyyNow with regards to the rates that you are telling, it seems that on your case, the package is divided into multiple packages and then the rates is calculated.
Can you please show me the quotation of UPS rates via a screenshot so that we can see the package info in it and check.Do not worry. We will resolve the issue. If these aspects don’t work, we will approach UPS directly and ask them.

The earlier package did not categorise as freight. However, this one is definitely freight.
Unfortunately, the basic version of the plugin is not suitable for calculation of freight. It fetches real time rates from the API. The premium version has the capability to calculate freight rates. Hope I was able to answer your query.

Regarding the “Origin Country” field, apologies from my side as I was using an older version. We had pushed this in the new version.
Regarding Media Mail showing, if it is not selected in the plugin, you should not get this from the plugin. In order to confirm from which plugin or source, the service is showing, you can do the following :
Kindly go to the cart page, right click on the service and click on inspect. The developers console will open and you will be able to see the “value” of the service. Can you please write the value here So i can help you?Hi @vasagsupply,
Can you please do small tests to check this :
– In the field “Origin State Code”, kindly provide the value “FL” instead of “Florida”. This should resolve the problem. If that does not work out, please try the following :1. Kindly let us know whether you are getting rates for any other service other than Ground?
2. Kindly provide a different address such as “Georgia, Atlanta” and then try again.This should fix the problem. Do confirm to us whether this is fixed or not.

We will check it out. Have you switched off the plugin?On quickly checking the rates for a 65 lbs item with those dimensions I get a rate that is almost matching with those from the plugin.
