Can you maybe provide the CSS tags/lines which control the background color so we can add it to our theme’s custom CSS and override it to fix it ?

Having a style setting in options but not being able to actually change any styles/css just doesnt make sense

I am replying to this post itself for a small problem rather than create a new post.
I switched from HTTP to HTTPS today (SSL) and there are 2 CSS files which are not loading over HTTPS automatically, are their location/URL hard coded in HTTP by any chance ?

If it was due to this missing CSS, chances are problem was caused by it being removed by minification most probably, but as to why , I have no idea about that.

Okay I removed the chatbox script (which was causing that error) and it has still not fixed the problem, so can confirm its not that JS runtime error causing that problem.

As mentioned, had been using the plugin as it is with other plugins since months, the only change I made was use CDN and setup some minification.

I have tried excluding the plugin’s folder from CDN and removing minification but doesn’t solve the problem

I have actually found the script/plugin causing it and contacted its support to fix the not found/exception error, in meantime is there anyway to fix the plugin breaking due to that error ?

We use a lot of plugins on the site and no other plugin is broken due to that particular problem

Any idea how to check what is using/calling that script ?
I checked our source code and cannot find any reference to that script

Go to wordpress Settings->Discussion
Make sure the following the check:

Anyone posts a comment
A comment is held for moderation

Also, go to Tools->Email Log
and check if any problem with sending email (i.e. if WP tried to send email but it didn’t get sent to you, it will still show up in log). It the email doesnt appear in log, then its something wrong with WP or the settings

I just found the problem, Postman’s log shows email failed due to “Relaying Disallowed”.
I am using Zoho and it does not allow you to relay emails, which WordPress seems to be doing i.e. trying to send the email as someone else other than WP email

Anyway to fix it ?

Are you using Zoho for SMTP by chance ?
Try checking email log in Postman SMTP settings, just found out myself that no new comment notification mails were going because of “Relaying Disallowed” (zoho does not allow you to send emails as someone else, which WP does by using comment author’s email)

Ofcourse I had checked demo and all documentations
I was just creating normal posts and didnt added that custom “facebook” tag to them so they shouldnt have auto-posted on FB but they always did.

This is not the only bug, to compensate for it thinking its a bug and might be fixed in next update, I completely disabled auto-post for FB by unchecking FB account on settings page, YET the plugin kept posting to FB for any new post I did even though FB acc was un-selected for autopost in settings.

Hope you can look at this and fix it, had to completely removed FB acc from plugin to stop autopost

I am having a problem for MSlides aswell on my site

For some reason, first the slides wasnt showing up (the slider area I mean)

Now the slider area shows up but no slide or image shows or loads up at all

I also feel its a Jquery conflict issue but being a non-programmer I am unable to troubleshoot it myself.

Can you please look it and help me ?
