I don’t know if you found an answer to this, but I just solved this problem for myself and thought I would share for anyone else looking for help. In WordPress settings under General at the bottom of the page, there is a switch that says “Enable Bluehost coming soon page”. I simply deselected that, refreshed my published website, and voila! Visible website! Just as a note, I had my website opened in an incognito browser so I wasn’t logged in.
