Hi, I had tried that too. deactivated all the plugins, activated storefront with just woo running and the same issue persists.

can I give you login details to see if you can see what’s causing it to not calculate?

I’m not using storefront, I’m using ‘landscaper’ and have disabled that plugin and no joy.

I’m having the same issue. the button to toggle between enabled/disabled is missing completely. I’ve tried editing the code to set the display to false instead of true and that’s not working either…

With the free version, she used to be able to do this ( dropbox link ) all along, but I am thinking maybe the last dude had a pro version? or else an update knocked out functionality?.

I have disabled the add ons too and still getting that error. beyond frustrated.

I’ve updated the plugin and need to update the php level to accommodate other needs on the site. Help would be appreciated.
