You could create multiple instances of the widget and use the Widget Logic Visual plugin to specify where each one should show up.
Oh, the plugin check completely passes and I already tried deactivating all the other plugins to check for an issue. Nada.
Also using PHP 5.1.6. I upgraded, and now singlepic doesn’t work at all which is a big problem for me since I use it in most of my blog posts.
Slideshow also wasn’t working but it seems to have resolved itself by checking/saving then unchecking/saving the “Deactivate gallery page link” option. That seems to fix the issue of it trying to force the slideshow into a new page causing a 404 page error.
Checking into upgrading PHP, otherwise I’ll have to downgrade NG. *sigh*

In reply to: [Search Engine] [Plugin: Search Engine] Template bumping sidebar results descCongratulations, Scott!!! I totally understand & look forward to working things out so I can start using this great plugin. ??
Also wondering if anyone knows of any future updates? Per all the posted feedback this plugin isn’t compatible w WP3.1 & I really need a good search tool…
Andi,
In your WordPress menu under Gallery the very first choice listed is called Overview. Your server settings are noted there.Oh, interesting concept that I could also use!

In reply to: [Plugin: NextGen Gallery] Remove break after singlepicHi Dirk,
Sorry – just saw your reply. No, I wasn’t able to figure out where in the world that line break is generated. *SIGH*
I have found that if the 1st image in the series is full width, the other floated images following it flow beautifully without that annoying bump.
For now I’m just making sure to keep a full width pic above any string, but I would DEFINITELY APPRECIATE IT if someone could determine where that
is generated.
For an example you can look at this post: https://angelhartline.com/blog/any-given-day/
Every image shown use the [ singlepic ] and some with custom formatting.I’d like to know this too if anyone has the answer. Thanks!
IMO it might be easier for you to use a tagcloud and let people choose the dimension from the list. I tag my digital art and let people pull images by tag for the same reason…you can see here: https://angelhartline.com/blog/galleries/browse-galleries-by-tag/
Searching would work as well but it seems to me people would be likely to enter sizes that don’t exist in the list and get frustrated if they get no results several times…of course that assumption may just be due to the fact that I don’t know your business ??
HTH!
You can manually insert the gallery into how ever many pages you want using the code format:
[nggallery id=x]

In reply to: [Plugin: NextGen Gallery] Remove break after singlepicI’ve been searching and haven’t found where the line break is inserted yet. I only code html/css so it’s very time consuming trying to find it and hope someone can help with this! TIA!

In reply to: [Plugin: NextGen Gallery] Remove break after singlepicI am looking for this exact info. Were you able to figure it out?
I’ve setup custom templates using [ singlepic ] and it works BEAUTIFULLY except for that darn
<br />
that is generated somewhere in the code. It’s not part of the singlepic view template but I don’t know where to find it to remove it.Can anyone please help???
