Sorry, I solved this problem: there was a setting for Double opt in and for that reason the contacts doesn’t came up on the list. Solved!

Hi @champsupertramp to reproduce the issue please insert some CSS code into the notification_new_user.php template.

As you can see in my test environment (Wamp) everything (or almost) seems good.

There is a grey background image in the background that cannot be visible in the test environment because nowhere in the code I inserted it, and the formatting styles are quite different too..
Some images are .svg and they are not loading in this template (notification_new_user.php), instead in all the other templates everything works perfectly.

Hi @maybellyne thank you for supporting.
The troubleshooting result is that there is an uncompatibility with the plugin Product Slider Carousel By GrandPlugin.
If I deactivate this plugin the problem doesn’t appear.
How can I avoid this issue? This plugin is the only one giving a carousel on checkout page, and the plugin author doesn’t reply to any message…

There is a way to bypass it?

Hi @mikes41720 I can’t see the title in the browser page, in this case on shop page and category shop pages. I never had this problem and the title for these pages always showed correctly so can’t be a theme support issue.

As my last post I already tried what you suggest: I edited the page in question by adding a simple text after the variables and also by adding a new variable, but still the title is reporting only the page link as before. In this page there are the same variables set as default.

So it doesn’t show the meta description output also if I edit these pages meta box.

In the path you mentioned I have this setting: Title Page Separator Site title.
Until few days ago it worked as expected, I didn’t change anything on the Yoast plugin.

Hi @leewillis77 this is part of woocommerce plugin and in the links you shared I can’t understand how to translate this specific case, place that with this plugin I could achieve that.

In the first case the text is inside a p tag with a simple symbol “Order #”, inside a woocommerce-notices-wrapper that is not visible into the php woocommerce pages.

In the second case the text is part of a td tag ” for -number- items”. Also here I can’t find visible strings into the woocommerce pages.

How can I understand if these strings are marked for translation or if I’m only wasting time?
