I have not completed the past few updates because it keeps setting everything back to default settings. color scheme-wise and per some of the cosmetic plugins.

But I’d like to remove the items down in the footer since they are not optimized and really offer no value to the site.

Hi Nobita thanks for the response. But I think I should clarify that I am not wanting to add an image to the header.

What I am hoping to do is to add a google adsense ad banner to the top right corner of the header. the size is 468 x 90

I could use the shortcode [wp_ad_camp_2]

This would display that particular banner sized correctly. I looked at the code you sent but cant figure out how to add the shortcode

This was due to a plugin once it was deleted my site function returned thanks for the response though.

Thank you so much for the advice I figured out that it was the custom CSS plugin. Once I deactivated that I regained all of my editing capabilities.

Sorry about that. one of the things I was trying to login and remove. found out my hosting company is experiencing networking issues.

The site is bradentonpress.com when you visit the site it requires login. When an active customer attempts to login using name and password it sends a confirmation email but doesnt actually let you access the site.

Hi Andrew its a site that was cannabolized by a larger competitor. The plan is for the site to be transferred to new hosting and rebuilt on wordpress. This particular code is not a “plugin” but rather part of the original HTML. Since its not working now I cant really tranfer it to wordpress and guarantee it would work. Basically, I’m trying to figure out if its an easier battle just to say scrap the whole thing and start over as opposed to repair and migrate.

Thanks Nobita. with your help I figured it out and it is now showing my Logo.

One more thing. it is centered in height on the header. how do I make it so that my logo is in the top left corner. basically just up one line.
