Hello Joel, do you have a tentative on how long free tickets are processed and acknowledged? Someone reached out to ask for my license days ago but then NEVER replied back anymore when I replied.
It’s been days and they keep opening my emails based on my email tracker but no one dares take the time to acknowledge or reply.
