Hi, I’m having a similar problem with my header video. I have uploaded it directly (Mp4) on my website but it doesn’t play either on my IOS iPhone or iPad? Any ideas?

I noticed this as well and contacted Sitekit support and was told that everything is working correctly –even though there has been no change in traffic after large Facebook campaign. This plugin is not reliable?
