right – sorry about that – i was lazy typing

No I made sure it was enabled a couple of times. Even disabled and enabled it again. I just disabled all my browser plug ins/extensions.

This comes up even if I switch to a wordpress theme and before I even start the upload. simply click “add new” and the error message is there.

and yes my current theme is working and the other themes will work – just can’t upload my new one

The theme I’m trying to install is Infinite (from themeforest). I am hosted via Go-Daddy
