My first thought is a bad .htaccess file. Do you have FTP access to your server? I would try deleting the .htaccess file, then trying to log in. If successful, go to Settings > Permalinks, and click save to generate a new .htaccess file.

A blank white screen generally means there is an error that debugging will probably give you a lot of insight to.

Good question. I think it’s understood that hiding keywords in the code is not a best practice. I recommend these two articles on Moz:

Learn to write thoughtful title tags and descriptions that are related to your content. Content should be organic and natural.

If you already have a strong brand, find a way to incorporate good SEO with what you already have. In short, having your keywords in your titles and descriptions is a good practice.

The template file “archive.php” is not using the grid layout that your blog template is using. Does the plugin have settings to specify using the template on archive, category or tags pages?

Are you absolutely certain you’re editing the correct php.ini file? I just found this on Stack Exchange: https://stackoverflow.com/a/40509926

This is for Apache, and I realize you have Nginx, but maybe it’s worth a look at the path to your php.ini to make sure it has your settings.

I’m going to turn off debugging. I’ll let you know if I run into anymore problems. Otherwise everything looks great. Thank you so much for your help.
