Would the Pro version not even accommodate this?

I just attempted to update in Chrome via Incognito, all worked fine. Ugh.

I’m battling the same right now…. it’s happening on multiple domains for me.

I get “Update Failed: -1” when trying to update via Dashboard Sidebar > Plugins > Update Available (2) > update now.

If I update from Dashboard > Updates > Select All & Update Plugins…I get this: “The link you followed has expired. Please try again.”

If I attempt to deactivate and delete the plugin, I get this: “Deletion failed: -1”

GoDaddy is my host and they’ve so far been of zero help to me.

I’ve modified the memory limit on php, as suggested.
I’ve reinstalled WordPress.

The issue still persists. Any clue what to try next?

Did you ever figure this out? I am having the same problem.

There was an incompatibility issue with another plugin on the page.

Same problem here. It happened when I updated to the latest version of the theme this morning.

Your site elements appear to be working. What was the solution?

I ended up uninstalling Memphis Docs and going with another document manager. I never did get this resolved.

Yes, they were removed when the plugin was uninstalled. I have all of my files, but I need to restructure the folders (exactly how they were before) for them to show.

E.g… I had two folders titled “Instruction” and “Tournament”… Once I created these folders (after the reinstall of the previous version), the files showed and work fine. However, I cannot remember EXACTLY how I had the categories titled. I’m wondering if these would show for me in a particular directory from a previous backup.

It turns out, my files are not missing, but my categories are. What directory were the categories listed?

All documents were lost using this method.
