In GradeBook.php under AN_GradeBook_Scripts class look for the function register_an_gradebook_menu_page() and inside this function change subscriber to author. This will allow authors to view their gradebook, but now subscribers will not be able to view their gradebook.

I haven’t had a chance to look at this in detail but this should fix your issue for the moment.

We were able to fix this issue in v2.3.3. Please upgrade and let me know if there are any issues.

We haven’t started the internationalization part of the development yet. This is something we intend to include in future releases of the plugin.

We added a delete student modal where you can choose to delete the student from the current gradebook begin viewed, all the gradebooks, or the wordpress database.

Removing a student from the wordpress database will remove the student from all the gradebooks.

To remove a student completely from the database, you need to go to the users page, which is accessible under the Users tab in your dashboard, and delete the user there. Make sure to delete them from the gradebook first, otherwise the plugin will still think the user exists.

We may add a button to delete the user entirely from the database in future versions.

Points per Assignment

The current version allows you to input any integer for the assignment score for each individual student. If you click on a table cell that belongs to a student and that is in an assignment column, an input cell should display. Enter the score for that student and click away or hit return to save the score to the database.

In the future we hope to add total points for the assignment and the points earned for the assignment.

Add to page (other than admin dashboard)

This plugin actually started as a shortcode, but it really belongs in the admin panel.

Perhaps in the future we’ll add some shortcodes to display portions of the gradebook, but at the moment there are no plans to add a shortcode to display the entire gradebook.
