Hi, I agree with all the points that you made as well. Point 1 does need addressing because it took me a long while following all the instructions. They were not easily understandable hence why I had to use both the read me text as well as the YouTube video and some WP support forum to get through it. It wasn’t easy.
All the other points too you made that the devs could or should work on I am in agreement with.
The plugin did do an immediate backup so I do know it works as it went straight to my Google Drive folder. It just needs to be made simpler and clearer for everyone to follow and enjoy the product.
Room for improvement.
