By the way… possible to make the vote tally post columns sortable by simply clicking on the column title? Would be nice to see the posts with the most votes displayed in ascending/descending order! Is that a plugin feature request or is that only possible in WordPress framework? Thanks

I guess, based on the formula, it could be that all those negatives are pretty evenly distributed (spread out) among my many posts and therefore do not trigger the NOT HELPFUL classification for the widget. Makes sense! I guess I have a helpful website!!! Thank you!

That’s all a bit over my head. Too technical. But let me ask you….

Are there no settings for this new feature? I don’t see any! Can you just tell me how I can make it work with two different Helpful questions (pro or contra) within the same post?

I see the latest update that relates to this support ticket. Looks interesting. It would be great if this feature can be explained a little more in detail or can we see it in action (a live example)?

It’s really great! Now all the stats make sense without any wondering!

Hi Kevin,

I would recommend removing the published date from the widget. For example:

Published 3 years ago (89.473684210526%)

There’s no need for the “Published 3 years ago” part.

Also, why not list the total pro and total contra with the percentage? This will provide insight into why a particular article appears where it does. With only a percentage, it is lacking the necessary data.

Would the update fix existing text or only future feedback? If it’s only future text that’s fine. I just want to let you know that I don’t see the fix for already existing text.

Maybe remove the browser, language, and platform from the feedback entries if those are no longer in use. It would allow for easier viewing. Thanks again

I updated to 4.0.8 and now I’m seeing it. I had tried the maintenance feature before but no luck. Must have been the update? Anyway wow, feedback also has a totally different look compared to pre-4.0!

I see my test feedback, but what’s weird is I’m also seeing old feedback (from 3 months back). I have reset the plugin several times so I’m surprised to see older feedback.

The text on the button is appearing now. No idea what the problem was, but good enough!

That worked! Thank you very much! I have other issues so I’ll make another thread.

After looking at it further…

The problem is I’m using the following for H3:

h3:last-of-type

This is overriding:

.helpful-header h3

I want my last H3 in my content to appear unique (to draw attention to article conclusions) but I don’t want the title of Helpful question to look like that.
