@zworthkey12vaibhav I didn’t jump to any conclusions. I have tested it on a couple of themes which come preloaded with WordPress and figured there must be something wrong with my theme. And I have mentioned that clearly in the post as well. Anyway, I got help from someone else and my issue is resolved.

@zworthkey12vaibhav This is not about a particular plugin. I’ve tried many and all have the same problem. But they all work with the preloaded themes. So I guessed there’s something I need to add to my functions.php but couldn’t figure out what.

When I did so, I could see the logo appear right before the site title, but too small.

Did you upload it using the upload option under themefolio settings?

Modify the footer.php instead. There you can remove the ‘powered by wp’ thingie or replace it with some other text.

Problem solved. I checked the log, found the following error

Made some changes to the functions.php file of the theme, and it’s over! ??
