I also discovered over the weekend that Download Manager is the cause of this. I’ve contacted the plugin developer to make him aware and I believe he’ll be releasing a bug fix soon.

Thanks for the info – I really do appreciate the work that developers do to make these plugins and a I don’t wish to seem ungrateful at all. It just got under my skin a bit.
