The problem seems to be something to do with Excel. Open the file in a text editor add a comma and ‘infoopen’ and it seems to work.

(Adding the comma in Excel doesn’t solve the problem).

I had the same problem. Went round and round in circles. Then it worked without a hitch in MAMP. I have 10.4.3.
