In reply to: [WooCommerce Product Tabs] tabs are not shown on the productHi,
Thanks for your message. The last plugin update contained a bug which removed some of the product tabs from the store. Your tab data is still stored in the database and hasn’t been lost, but we need to release a new version in order to restore the tabs and fix the bug. This should be released later today.

In reply to: [WooCommerce Product Tabs] Last update removes everythingHi, sorry for the delay.
From our testing, tab data is only lost if the product is updated in the WordPress admin. If the product has not been updated, the tab data still exists in the database so doesn’t need to be exported/imported. If the product has been updated, the data is wiped and cannot be recovered (but only for the product that was updated). In that happens, the only way to recover the data is to restore from a backup.
If you are still running 2.1.0 of the plugin we recommend you update as soon as possible to 2.1.0.1 to fix the update bug, but no export/import is required.

In reply to: [WooCommerce Product Tabs] Last update removes everythingHi everyone. I’m very sorry for the bug that was introduced in version 2.1.0 of the plugin. This was a massive oversight and it shouldn’t have happened.
We have just released an update (2.1.0.1) which fixes the issue. If you update the plugin, you’ll be able to save your products without losing any more tab data.
My apologies again for the problems and the data you’ve lost. Please report back on this support thread if you get any further problems.

In reply to: [Posts Table with Search & Sort] Change Date FormatHi,
Yes you can do that in the plugin, but for some reason it was missing from the documentation. I’ve now added it:

Let me know if you need any more info.

In reply to: [Better Recent Comments] How to Display All WordPress Comments in One PageYes you can! Enter
number="0"
in the shortcode, and add the shortcode to the page where you want to display the comments. E.g.[better_recent_comments number="0"]
You can also display all comments in the widget, by enter 0 in the Number field
No problem, I’m sorry for the hassle caused by this. I’m going to look into it further to see if I can work how why you were effectively getting the “license disabled” behaviour instead of “license expired”. Thank you for amending the review.
Thanks Sean, I’ve reviewed all the support emails and checked your license key. Although your license key has expired, the plugin (WooCommerce Product Table in this case) should continue to work as normal. When we test your license key from our end, we are unable to reproduce the problem you’re experiencing. We see the correct “your license has expired” message and on the front-end all product tables are displayed correctly. I’ve also tested this in several other plugins and all work in the same way.
Although it doesn’t appear this way, I can assure you that our plugins are designed to continue working after a license key has expired. There is an explicit check for expired licenses in the plugin to account for this.
However, I understand this isn’t working for you. I’ve spoken with our support team and they will be extending your license free of charge so you can continue to use the plugin. They will be in touch shortly.
