Not doubting your assessment but I watched the update…..got the green check mark and said update complete.

Yeah it was kind of weird…….maybe there is a bad line in the file that was auto-updated through the dashboard? I pulled the other file from the product page my downloads, and that resolved everything…..lol who knows

Solved by deleting the installed NextGenPro plug in and reinstalling a fresh copy from the product page.

OK, I deleted the old NextGENPro plugin and re-installed…….beachball issue is solved.

Same here……I am using the Photocrati theme……and just updated to the last version with the Pro Nextgen player. Beachball on loading…….

Yes, you can delete all of them and replace– they are static flles. Just overwrite them.

wp-config. should be in the folder that has your wp-admin, wp-content, wp-includes folders,etc. Download a copy of WordPress and look at it…..

No security covers everything and on a shared server you never know……keep monthly backups of wp-content and the sql database and keep them for the year, then weekly, etc, some of the virus like the eval base-65 ru are time bombs so you can’t fall back.
Its the wp-content, wp-config, and your database that you have to worry about.

You could use HTML of course, but with CSSEdit you can see the results immediately….and also what is happening with the inline styles or the CSS. Not sure about CSSEdit on PC but its Macrabbit I believe. I swear by it.

First guess…..try deleting and reinstalling all files in wp-includes..

Use Under Construction plugin to hide the page….or don’t sweat the jquery till you get those URLS right. I was dealing with this last night actually ??

You can also create a page that loads whatever posts you need…….I would do it with a page template and then use some kind of query posts call on the loop to get complete control, but you can use Hybrid theme to do all of this. Basically its made for this. Remember that posts and pages are really the same thing….
