I have the same issue just now, and when I look in the folder, the file hasn’t been uploaded… I am going to uninstall the plugin, try another export and import to test.. hope you figure it out..

On one of my other sites I did change it from GoogleDrive to OneDrive and it worked ok, so my be an issue with Google API. My Google drive has loads of space and I can see some files were uploaded yesterday. However when reverting that back to GoogleDrive and resetting the settings, it still didn’t work with Google..
