Yes, all the meetings for a specific group have the same phone number, but still, the meetings get the phone number from another group. And some that don’t have a phone number at all, after using the Import feature receive a phone number..

The phone number mismatch was detected after quite a while and there were meetings added manually after we imported them and now we had to go through all the meetings (from the exported CSV file) to fix them, but to no avail because when I import them back the same thing happens. I’m not sure what to do.

    Thanks for your help!

I forgot to add, some meetings that don’t have a phone number, get one after importing the CSV file.

Thank you so much for the quick reply!

I cleared the Group Name and now the phone numbers are imported correctly, but I’m not having the Districts anymore :(. I randomly checked for some groups that didn’t have the phone number imported correctly and there’s just one phone number for all the meetings, meaning it’s the same phone number entered in the Phone column for all the meetings of that group. Should I enter it only in one cell, to no matter which meeting of that group?

The Districts are important and we don’t want to lose them.

    Thanks!

PS: Wish you a quick recovery!

Thanks a lot for your help! Adding the above mentioned pages on the non-cache list of the firewall solved the issue :D.

The issue with the “Unexpected server error” is solved. It was the Sucuri firewall service (not the plugin). For those who have the same issue and and have this firewall installed, I had to whitelist the IP from Website Firewall – Settings – API – Whitelist IP – it doesn’t have an option to add an IP, it just whitelists your station’s IP.

    Thanks for the quick reply!

Turning on just Logging and Debug doesn’t provide much info (the Shipping and Taxes logs are empty and the Other Log is just displaying info about when logging and debug were enabled), also no info is displayed on the Cart and Checkout page.

Turning on Debug Mode from Settings -> Shipping -> Shipping Options (plus the above mentioned debug options from WooCommerce Services) is displaying info on the Cart page, but this is not helping me in finding the cause of this “Unexpected server error” on the plugin’s page (when trying to update the USPS (WooCommerce Services) shipping method).

Regarding the other issue, the Store Address is complete and I have only one Zone (US). Also, the issue I encountered is on the Cart page (when the shipping address is not yet known). Again, this is not happening all the time – sometimes I can see the shipping price and sometimes I’m getting the “There are no shipping methods available. Please ensure that your address has been entered correctly, or contact us if you need any help.” notice. What’s strange is when I’m immediately enabling the debug mode and refresh the Cart page, I’m seeing the shipping options just fine. That happened all the times so I don’t have any info about why could cause this behavior.

Is there something else I could check to get to the bottom of this issue? I want to remove some First-Class Mail and Priority Mail services. As a temporary solution, could I do that directly in the database? If so, could you give some details?

    Thanks!

Also, from time to time I get this message on the Cart page:

“There are no shipping methods available. Please ensure that your address has been entered correctly, or contact us if you need any help.”

What is causing this?? It makes me think this plugin is not that reliable.. Please help.

I had the same issue. I was trying to install the site in a subfolder of /public_html/ in which I already had a WordPress website with Wordfence installed. I temporarily deactivated Wordfence in the root website and then I could install my other website in the subfolder without any problems.

Thanks @y1ann15 for pointing to the solution!

I understand your point, but from the user point of view it would be clearer to have a simplified and not confusing view, with just the donation (the end user doesn’t know the logic of WooCommerce and it may puzzle them a bit..) It would be great if a simplified view of the cart could be implemented.. but maybe that’s too complicated..

Thanks a lot for your help!

Thanks a lot for the reply!!

This removed the fatal error from the cart but it’s adding two products in the cart – one with $0 (zero) on the Price column and one with the correct value. Can this prevented? Thanks!!

Note: I didn’t remove the donation product, but I changed its name and I deactivated/removed the plugin once and installed it again.. maybe this caused the issue.

Is there something I can do to prevent this error on the Cart page?

    Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to a member function get_title() on boolean in /wp-content/plugins/yith-donations-for-woocommerce/includes/functions.yith-wc-donations.php:90 Stack trace: #0 /wp-content/plugins/yith-donations-for-woocommerce/includes/classes/class.yith-woocommerce-donations.php(646): ywcds_get_product_donation_title(false) #1 /wp-includes/class-wp-hook.php(286): YITH_WC_Donations->print_cart_item_donation(‘Donate to Inter…’, Array, ‘b5c37cd7bafbc4d…’) #2 /wp-includes/plugin.php(203): WP_Hook->apply_filters(‘Donate to Inter…’, Array) #3 /wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/templates/cart/cart.php(79): apply_filters(‘woocommerce_car…’, ‘Donate to Inter…’, Array, ‘b5c37cd7bafbc4d…’) #4 /wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/includes/wc-core-functions.php(210): include(‘/wp-content/plugi…’) in /wp-content/plugins/yith-donations-for-woocommerce/includes/functions.yith-wc-donations.php on line 90

Thanks so much! Indeed, this was the issue – initially it was checked “Username or E-mail”, but in fact I didn’t need an username for my users so I changed it to email only, just that I previously used an username to login to WordPress..plus I’m using LastPass that is filling automatically the login fields and didn’t notice that now the first input field is Email, not username.

    Thanks!!!
    Andres
