@xue28 Thanks. Yes to your question. The invoice goes to the customer fine. We want to add on an accounting email so it is received in-house also.

The PDF plugin doesn’t seem to do what we want. Can you add an additional email to send the invoice to with that plugin?

Same issue. Was working but stopped. So subscribing to this.

Here is my setup and screenshots:

@xue28 on a staging site I tried putting it in the Storefront theme and then deactivated all the plugins except for Learndash and Woocommerce. This didn’t work. Then I tried with Storefront and just Woocommerce and it didn’t work.

@ihereira I disabled Product Sales Report for WooCommerce: by WP Zone. It doesn’t work.

I have narrowed down the issue a little under Orders.

• Doing a full report works and emails me.
• Filtering 1 product works and allows for an immediate CSV download.

When I add a 2nd product to the filtering, it updates to show the data for the 2 products. When I click the ‘Download’ it says it will email the report but doesn’t.

Question – Does this seem like a conflict with another plugin b/c it does work for the first 2 scenarios?

@xue28 Looking at the pending tasks, a lot are scheduled for the future and therefore pending (ie subscriptions). Cron seems to be working fine.

@xue28 Thanks. We are using an external cron (easy Cron) on the site. I forget the reason but needed that.

For the pending jobs, why are they pending?

For the MySQL, I had discussed with Pantheon support and they said the MariaDB 10.3 was enough for this: MySQL version 5.6 or greater OR MariaDB version 10.1 or greater

I am thinking the hosting may be the issue.

@anastas10s BTW, the issue is only when logged in also.
