Tijana here from the ManageWP team, I’ll try to clear things out a bit.
We work on tickets on a queue-based system. I checked our queue and I saw that you sent us three tickets, all sent a bit over an hour ago so we practically had no time to get back to you.
When it comes to our update system, it works exactly the same as if the update was done via WordPress. The only difference is, that the update gets triggered remotely. Everything after that happens exactly the same as if the update was initiated from the WordPress dashboard.
Regarding the 502 Error response, I have to admit that we have never had a case where our Worker plugin caused this to happen, as it is related to the server sending an improper response.

I am sorry that you feel this way about our support.
The reason why different people are responding to your tickets is that our team is working 24/7 and it would be impossible for one person to cover all shifts. We don’t want our users to wait additionally for the same person to get back to them, especially when this person has a day off.
Also, we have replied to your ticket and this website should be backing up without any issues now.

These files are not a part of the ManageWP Worker plugin. From the URLs you sent us, I see that they are located in the MU plugins >>> Notes folder. It seems that they belong to the must-use plugin that is located in the Notes folder and our Worker plugin not located in this folder.

Yes, this is our IP address and if it got blocked, it was definitely the cause why the website got disconnected, but it doesn’t have to be the only cause.
It would be best if you would open the support ticket regarding this, so we can have all the necessary info to investigate further. ??
In the latest Wordfence version, there is an option to whitelist all ManageWP IP addresses with just one click, and this should prevent the Wordfence from interfering with the connection (this option is under Wordfence >>> Firewall >>> Advanced Firewall Options >>> Whitelisted Services).

As Jason already said, there are other factors involved here so the best thing would be to open a support ticket through ManageWP dashboard so we can focus on your case individually.
Hi, I am sorry for this late reply. We are aware of this and our developers are working on this as I type so it will be resolved soon.
This not affecting all websites and that is a reason why only some of them are showing this error.
I apologise for any inconvenience and I assure you that this will be fixed in a timely manner.
